Blackmoon Gala
This theme brings the entire ballroom experience outdoors. Set under the stars and overlooking the reef, this Gala Dinner experience showcases the natural beauty of our island resort and ocean vistas. Palm trees adorned in gold, cascading water, ice sculptures and a fantasy of lights provides an elegant tropical ambience. A trio of strolling serenaders entertains as guests choose from a variety of dining stations featuring tempting tastes of the tropics and delicacies befitting a gala dinner.
Magiti Fijian Feast
Experience the old traditions of Fiji at an authentic "Magiti" Fijian feast held in the Resort's Fijian village. Witness the unveiling of a Lovo, where the Fijian version of a roast dinner is cooked underground and unearthed straight to the carving table for dinner. The night is rich in culture and history, featuring a traditional welcome ceremony and kava, handicrafts demonstrations and meke - a song and dance performance.
Seven Seas
Showcasing the bounty of cuisine from the land and sea, this tropical island event is fun-filled and vibrant. We create a Fijian Fisherman’s Wharf in Fiji at our famous Bilo Bar on the waterfront. With sand underfoot, enjoy cocktails sipped straight from hollowed green coconuts and the most sumptuous array of seafood served in a variety of imaginative ways. The theme includes sizzling barbecues, piles of prawns, tempting salads and the freshest fish straight from the sea.
