SMRT (Singapore Mass Rapid Transport) is the fastest way to get around Singapore. It serves 51 stations and is inexpensive. Trains operate from 5.30am until 12.30am daily.
Buses in Singapore are both efficient and inexpensive. For most routes, buses run between 6 am and 12 midnight. Bus rides accept cash or an ez-link Card, which is also accepted on the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT).
