Enchanting Evening
In this theme, the ballroom showcases a magnificent portrayal of classic and grand occasions. 100 guests are seated in a very long table adorned with ornate centrepieces of fashioned ice blocks, topped with lovely white flowers accented with glittering crystal twigs highlighted with pale blue lights. The elegant formal setting is the centrepiece to a sumptuous five-course dinner. As guests dine, they are serenaded by a choir with a repertoire of classic love songs.Filipino Fiesta
The inviting sound of festive music welcomes the guests to the patio. Various food stations are set up at the gardens, a resemblance of the traditional Filipino stalls seen during May festivities. These native huts feature the local favourite lechon (roasted pig) and a tempting array of grilled delights such as lobsters, prawns and liempo (grilled pork). A special treat is the dessert station devoted to Filipino delicacies such as the bibingka (rice cake) and halo-halo (a tasty ensemble of fruits topped with crushed ice and ice cream) while the sterling performance of the Filipino dance, tinikling, entrances the audience.Four Seasons
This delightful theme party depicts the Four Seasons: Summer, Spring, Fall and Winter. Summer begins at the entrance of the ballroom, where the foyer was transformed into an exotic beach, complete with sand and tropical trees, a splash of coloured lights that depict the hues of a rainbow. Ushering to the next room, a light of freshness brings them the Spring season, through lush gardens and flowers in full bloom. Fall comes to mind in the next ballroom, where maple leaves cascade amongst multitudes of trees. Finally, Winter crystallizes into shaped ice stalagmites housing delectable fruit desserts and cakes.
