A passionate visionary of culinary delights, Chef de Cuisine Stuart Doust joined Coast Restaurant and Bar from a small luxury hotel in the Seychelles.
Originally from Norfolk in England, Chef Stuart embarked on his culinary adventures in 1995 and hasn’t looked back since. He has worked all over the United Kingdom in hotels, fine dining restaurants, and even a luxury yacht, before heading further afield to Seychelles and Sabah in search of new experiences, and a new way of cooking.
