Exploring Fuzhou
Located to the east of Fuzhu, Drum Hill (Gu Shan) is named for the drum shaped rock at the top of the hill that reverberates loudly during stormy weather. Near the top is Yongquan Temple, a monastery that dates back 1000 years and is said to house a collection of 30,000 Buddhist scriptures.
