Chef Ken Huang is the Executive Chinese Chef at Shang Palace. Originally from China, he has a wealth of experience enjoying and creating outstanding Cantonese cuisine. Chef Huang came to Dubai from Traders Hotel, Kunshan, where he held the position of Chinese Executive Chef.
