A Taste for Fine Cuisine

Starting 3 June 2008, Chef Brian McKenna will be introducing his new summer menu by adding more dishes to showcase the art of Moleculaire Cuisine found exclusively at Blu Lobster.

The new dishes will intricately combine various ingredients to heighten every aspect of the meal, not merely the taste.  Multisensory dishes require the full involvement of the guests.  A unique feast not to be missed.
