  3. Unused portions of the package may not be refunded, bartered or encashed.
  4. A minimum  3 consecutive nights is required for arrivals falling over the period 29 December 2008 to 1January 2009 inclusive.  And:
    - Credit card details are required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
    - Any reservation canceled or no-show after 1 December 2008 will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 3 nights.
