ISO14001 certification

As a result of Shangri-La's commitment to environmental awareness, 27 of our hotels have received ISO 14001 certification, the International Environmental Management System standard, including the very first such certifications for hotels in Mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand and the Philippines.
