Mr. Windle is responsible for North America inbound and outbound sales and marketing; revenue generation of the assigned regional sales offices; and successful marketing launches of Shangri-La hotels opening in North America. Prior to joining Shangri-La, he was the asset manager of Ojai Valley Inn and Spa, California, for the Henry Crow and Company of Chicago and senior vice president sales and marketing for Destination Hotels and Resorts. Previously, he held several senior sales and marketing positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Westin Hotels and Resorts.
