Mr. Frost is responsible for Europe inbound and outbound sales and marketing; revenue generation of the assigned regional sales offices; and successful marketing launches of Shangri-La hotels opening in Europe. Mr. Frost was formerly the vice president – international sales. Prior to joining Shangri-La in 1992, he spent five years in sales and marketing, and eight years in operations, at a number of luxury hotels in the UK.
